Step 1
To block a date in your calendar, first go to your Calendars > Tick the calendars you want to block > Select the date you want to block then click +New
Step 2
A pop-up will appear, click Blocked off time, choose the calendar user, and enter the start time and end time of the block. Once confirmed, click the blue button Block time.
