Access the email templates by going to Marketing > Emails > Templates
Step 2
Edit the email by adding elements dragged from the left to the email content. Using the image below, you will see the most common elements used in an email.

Once the edit is done, click Save Template located in the upper right.

Edit SMS by going to Templates (Snippets) then click the pen icon on the left side of the SMS.
